Ask our Dietitian

At Health for Life Kitchen™ we know there are times when you have a question about food and nutrition and you want the answer from a qualified professional.  Questions submitted will be answered by email from our qualified Dietitian usually within 7 days.  Questions and answers will be archived for future reference by Members, but will not show any personal details such as your name.  Please note that this service is only intended to provide general information and quick responses to basic food and nutrition questions.  We are unable to answer complex enquiries and we would encourage you to contact a health care professional with any such complex enquiries.
