Dr Sue Shepherd  
 Dr Sue Shepherd Dr Sue Shepherd is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian and founder of Shepherd Works Dietitian Practice, she is recognised as an international expert in digestive health. Sue graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Promotion and postgraduate Masters in Nutrition and Dietitics. In 2008 she completed her PhD research into aspects of Coeliac disease and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).  Sue  developed a form of fructose malabsorption diet.  Subsequently a team at Monash University, led by Professor Peter Gibson and including Dr Shepherd and others, developed the low FODMAP diet; a diet that is now recommended by doctors worldwide, as the most effective therapy for Irritable Bowel Syndrome.Sue was awarded the Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence in 2013 for her ground-breaking research and advocacy work on the Low FODMAP Diet.  WGF DiabetesWGF Kids & TeensWGF Lactose Free Book 1
Joanne Turner
  Joanne Turner is an award winning dual qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian and Exercise with a double Masters Science degree from the University of Wollongong, with over a decade of experience. Joanne is the director of NuActive Health, a Nutrition, Dietetics and Lifestyle consultancy business based in Sydney. NuActive Health consults to thousands of individual clients, as well as elite sporting teams, corporations, government and non-government organisations, the food industry and the media. Dr Melinda Morrison
 Melinda Morrison Melinda is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE) with over 18 years of experience in the dietary management of diabetes.   Melinda (PhD), holds a Master of Science (Nutrition & Dietetics and Graduate Certificates in Diabetes Education and Paediatric Nutrition.   Currently Melinda is Senior Dietitian at the Australian Diabetes Council and she has a long standing involvement in diabetes camps for kids.   Rick Grant
 Rick Grant portrait Rick is a Chef with over 30 years experience Rich is an expert in Gluten Free, Fodmap and Allergen Friendly food production and development. He and his wife Rhonda (who was diagnosed Coeliac in 1984 and has Fructose Malabsorption) owned and operated 3 Uncle Ricks Coeliac Heaven bakery outlets in Berwick, Mount Waverley and Greensborough. In 2012 he opened the Rick Grant Cooking School at he and Rhonda’s country property in Beaconsfield Upper in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges. The cooking school has proven to be a popular venue for people wanting to learn from the basic techniques to more advance techniques for Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly food preparation. Regina Weedon
 Regina Weedon Regina graduated as a chef from William Angliss Institute in 1996, as dux of her year and best practical student, while working under Teague Ezard at Guernica. From there, Regina travelled to the UK where she ran a small gastro pub. She then began working for a tour company in Europe, where she cooked for up to 50 people with different dietary requirements, on tours lasting up to 50 days. Regina returned to Australian, where she qualified as a Personal Trainer.   She now combines her passion for food with health and fitness and has written “The Healthy Switch Collection” – Favourite Recipes without all the fat.  Healthy Switch Collection
