Ingredients

  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Master Foods dried mixed herbs
  • 2 table spoons Coles Organic tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Master Foods whole grain mustard
  • 2 tea spoons Crisco sunflower oil

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients (except the oil) in a food process or until smooth. shape the mixture in to patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a fry pan. Cook the patties until golden brown, the serve

RECIPE NOTES

Diabetic Friendly: Alter serving size to 8 serves. Serve each pattie on 1/2 an English muffin with a favourite relish or as a main meal with rice & Asian greens
