Start the day with this healthy gluten free smoothie from Sue Shepherd!

Ingredients

  • 250 g punnet strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 125 g punnet fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup gluten-free low-fat strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 700 ml reduced-fat milk

 

Method

  1. In a food processor, blend the strawberries, raspberries, yoghurt, honey and milk until smooth. blend until well combined.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses and serve.

RECIPE NOTES

Diabetic Friendly – Use no fat milk

Low Lactose – Replace milk and yoghurt with lactose free milk and yoghurt.

Low fat – Use no fat milk.
