Amelia Baines is a professional chef living and working in Melbourne. As a diagnosed coeliac, she has been creating and researching gluten free recipes for many years. Amelia also runs a gluten free YouTube channel under the name Little Chef Meals.
Amelia has worked at some of the finest restaurants across Australia. It was whilst undertaking her apprenticeship in Margaret River that she became passionate about sourcing local, seasonal Australian produce.
She later returned to her homeland to gain some experience in the London restaurant scene. The highlight of her time in London was working as Head Pastry chef at St John Bread and Wine.
In a former life, Amelia studied literature at university and has always been an avid writer. For four years she wrote a blog and is now working on her first cookbook.
Amelia is dedicated to bringing truly delicious recipes to those who follow a gluten free diet.
