Rick Grant (aka ‘Uncle Rick’) is Australia’s leading Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly Master Chef, with over 30 years’ experience. Rick has developed many flour blends and cooking techniques that have enabled him to create over 200 delicious recipes for the whole family and he is the author of five ‘Best selling’ cookbooks.
From 1999 to 2006 Rick also owned and operated three renowned “Uncle Rick’s Coeliac Heaven” Bakeries in Melbourne. His products became so popular that he branched out into supplying Supermarkets Australia wide. In 2011 Rick produced the world’s first Gluten Free and Low FODMAP Approved Seasoning Mixes branded “Rick Grant’s Seasoning Mixes” which are available Australia wide. In 2012 Rick started the Rick Grant’s Cooking School, where he runs hands on cooking classes in his country property in Beaconsfield Upper, Victoria.
Rick’s latest initiative is Australia’s first Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly Online Cooking School, where Rick teaches Members by using step-by-step videos and downloadable recipes from his new website.
