Ingredients

  • 1 packet (200g) Doritos plain corn chips
  • 1 teaspoon Crisco sunflower oil
  • herbs of your choice (for example,  flat-leaf parsley or chives),  finely chopped.

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 160°c/140°c fan-forced.
  2. Spread the chips out on a greased oven tray. Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with herbs. Bake for 4minutes or until crisp. serve with your favourite dips.
