Alg is not another chutney, jam, sauce or spice. It is a range of innovative and crafted seaweed products designed by me!

After achieving a few career goals along the way include an award winning wellness centre, creating a range of beautiful and delicious food products that improve people’s health and inspire people to try, new ingredients was next on my list. I turned to seaweed. Seaweed has been part of my diet since Iwas young and it’s still one of my favourite foods. The concept of an Australian seaweed sprinkle was born.  My dream is to introduce the Alg Australian range, made with Tasmanian hand harvested wakame, to bring new and existing seaweed lovers together, share and explore the benefit of this versatile superfood.

I thought I would share this recipe with you so that you can try the beautiful Alg!  You can buy the highly nutritious Alg here
