Lucy Taylor

Lucy Taylor is an Accredited Nutritionist and Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in plant-based (vegan and vegetarian) diets. Lucy has been vegan for five years and aligns with the vegan philosophy on animal rights, sustainability and compassionate grounds.

Lucy provides individual nutrition consultations at Stable Health Clinic in Fitzroy North, Melbourne, and maintains a blog ( in order to share evidence-based nutrition information with a wider audience. She also regularly contributes content and commentary to online and print publications including The Sydney Morning Herald.
