- 8 lamb chops
- Combine the marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Cook the lamb chops on the barbecue or in a fry pan until browned (about 3 minutes on each side). Lower the heat and brush chops with the marinade, and then cook for a further 3 minutes on each side and serve.
