Honey Barbecued Lamb Chops by Olivia Dyer & Bridy Fulvio

  • 8 lamb chops


  • 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 3 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Heinz all natural tomato sauce

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cook the lamb chops on the barbecue or in a fry pan until browned (about 3 minutes on each side). Lower the heat and brush chops with the marinade, and then cook for a further 3 minutes on each side and serve.


Diabetic Friendly:  Serve with quinoa and side salad or steamed vegetables
