- ¼ cup honey
- 1cup Casalare rice crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Crisco sunﬂower oil
- Coat the schnitzels in honey and dip them into the rice crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan on medium heat, and gently fry until the schnitzels are golden and cooked through.
