Lisa White is the creator and producer of Alternative Chef Kitchen. Her desire to create an online cooking show for people with food sensitivities was borne out of her personal experience with her children’s and her personal food sensitivities, as well as her experience as a naturopath. Lisa’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honours), Advanced Diplomas in each of Naturopathy, Nutrition, and Herbal Medicine. She is the author of The Little Book of Allergy-Friendly series and her recipes have been published locally, nationally, and internationally. She lives in Adelaide, South Australia with her husband and two children.
