  • ½ cup (125ml) apple juice
  • ½ cup (125ml) soda water
  • 1 strawberry, washed, to garnish (optional)

  1. Pour apple juice and soda water into a champagne glass, place strawberry on the side of the glass to garnish.

Health tip: This is a handy drink to have the barman make up when you are at a work or social function particularly during the early stages of your pregnancy before your big announcement.

Cook’s tip: Use orange juice and soda water in a glass to look like champagne and orange.
